De meest vreemde ontmoeting van afgelopen week was voor mij de ontvangst van Khadafi door Berlusconi (Mussolini wilde ik bijna schrijven). Wat moeten die 2 met elkaar; blijft het alleen puur economisch of wordt het een nieuwe As? Zulke gedachten gaan voorbij, ware het niet dat ik tegenwoordig ook nog de vraag van een van landgenoten van de verlichte leider hierboven krijg om tekst en uitleg te geven over de grote winst van onze volksvertegenwoordiger W. tijdens de laatste verkiezingen. Ook in het buitenland beginnen ze zich zorgen te maken.Dan begin ik me weer zorgen te maken. Berlusconi - Khadafi-volksvertegenwoordiger W. Een nieuw pact? Ik was eigenlijk niet van plan om volksvertegenwoordiger W. te bespreken. Maar goed, hieronder mijn antwoord in slordig Engels (goed genoeg voor dit onderwerp).

Wilders origins from the liberal party (VVD), but decided to leave the party because of the possible Turkey EU-membership. He was negative about it. From that moment on (2 years ago), he grew more and more anti-islam. Besides this he plays the same role as Fortuyn did 7 years ago: all dissatisfied -white- people and all people who were sick and tired of current politcal shit vote on him; he has no real political program: everything can be solved by sending out all Moslim inhabitants.
He gets all the votes from the opportunistic voters without brains. He is a talented intrigant and nobody of his political opponents dares to attack him because of 'demonism' (Fortuyn was also a victim of left wing demonism, so demonisn 'is not done'). A possible 'cordon sanitair' like in Belgium for a comparable party (Flemish Block) is also not possible, because polarisation will rise and Wilders will get even more votes. So Wilders is unfortunately in a quite good position, also because of our current bleak politicians.
